Kitchen

Our shared kitchen in the canteen is the heart of Casa Melangolo. It's where everyone meets in the morning to chat over a good cappuccino and enjoy a simple home made breakfast. It's where our guest chefs make magic happen (seriously), and where we drink negronis together on a warm summer evening.

Every year, we fill our small wine cellar with a selection of our favourite natural wine producers from all over Italy.

Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on request prepared by our chef, using fresh seasonal ingredients from our organic garden and small local producers.

Homemade Goodness

We harvest and produce our own extra virgin olive oil, we make home made jams and tomato sauces (also available to purchase).
